The hotel is perfectly situated near Paddington rail station, making it very convenient for travelers needing access to transportation. The rooms were decent, but lacked air conditioning or a fan which made the stay somewhat uncomfortable. The service was satisfactory with a mix of happy and unhappy staff members, but overall, the reception desk was impressive.
